BRASA’S WINE CYCLOPEDIA
BRASA and wine have become inextricably linked in recent years. Purely out of passion, we started delving into the beautiful grape juice.
We have compiled this wine encyclopedia as much as possible with wines from all over the world. The most important thing in its composition is that we base it on quality, purity and originality. Wines must be recognisable. Wood is supportive and not a dominant factor. Terroir must be able to express its expression in the wine and not be dominated by wood aging.
This Wine Encyclopedia tells you everything about our wine range. We have tried to make our wine range as diverse as possible with many recognizable grape varieties. We have divided our wines into flavor profiles.
We have tried to provide a taste description for all the wines in this wine encyclopedia. Do you have any comments about our Wine Encyclopedia, are you missing your favorite wine or do you have other suggestions? We’d love to hear from you.

WINE OF THE MONTH
In addition to all the beauty, we have a white and a red wine of the month every month. In consultation with our 3 wine suppliers, we will serve a special wine every month. Ask our employees about this.

HIGH WINE
During our High Wine you can enjoy various dishes and matching wines. We serve four hot or cold dishes with four glasses of specially selected wines. So enjoy!
A High Wine at BRASA Purmerend restaurant can be reserved for 2 people or more and is not tied to fixed afternoons. On weekends the High Wine is possible until 6:00 PM.
